            Effort

                To achieve your goals you should develop the quality of persistence or perseverance. Select the goal and achieve with persistence. The amount of efforts that you put shows your persistence in achieving the goal. 

               We see ants working together to gather food materials and store them in their colonies. Here we should observe two important things one is the ants working hard to gather food materials <Hard work> and the other is that they store food for their future needs <Smart work> as they can’t go out in search of food during rainy season. All these efforts are put up by a small creature to make its life sustainable. 

              “Hard work and Smart work makes your effort emphasized.” This can be the inference that we can make from the acts of an ant. Program the things that you have to do to reach your goal and with the help of your efforts make sure you achieve it.

               Love the work you choose to do. Sometimes you may fail in doing things you have planned to do. All these times you have to be positive. And remember this “When something is failed then you are not failed but your efforts are failed.” Improve your efforts and conquer your world.
